repeat: language of the heart|mind

June 13th, 2004 by

We live in circles, driving round and round, amongst errors, victories and life.
We live in racetracks, driving superfast to get to an end we’re clueless about.
Here’s a language unspeakable again.

In an effort to say nothing, you almost blurt out everything.
In an effort to say something, you mumble out anything.
In an effort to say everything, you barely say nothing.

All this in an effort; yet the actions remain whisper quiet.

uff.

I really love this entry – those three lines ring so true.

one question though. Why is “guage” of “language” bolded?

  2. Waleed Says:

It’s both. What you say or don’t, you almost breathe out or not, what you finally mute out is both, a gauge and a language.

You measure your words, the worth of them, the effect of them, the whole of them. You choose your zubaan, you pick your speech, you deliver in your style.

    Hence, language.

I really like the way you described that…makes one think.

    True. Genuinely True.
