FAVORITE MEMORY IN LAB: The late night before deadline project with friends; insanity is the prelude to immense laughter.
MOST EMBARRASSING MOMENT: Now.
HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF THE LAB: Reading, Writing, Traveling (preferably outside ________), and avoiding traffic jams with bad radio stations.
WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER GRADUATION: Find a job, get some work experience and continue my academic career in hopefully a doctorate program.
HOW HAS YOUR LIFE CHANGED SINCE STARTING THE IIT PROGRAM: A much better focus and comprehension on what I want in my professional and academic career.
NUMBER OF PARKING TICKETS YOU HAVE RECEIVED WHILE IN THE PROGRAM: ZERO !

Alhamdulillah.
Mabrouk to you, Waleed. May you find success, happiness, and peace in all that you do. Ameen.
“NUMBER OF PARKING TICKETS YOU HAVE RECEIVED WHILE IN THE PROGRAM: ZERO !”
You just had to gloat about that, didn’t you? =) Good Lord, I can’t even begin to count the number of parking tickets I’ve received in the past 3 years of college. I think I got at least half a dozen during freshman year. And some more during my 2nd and 3rd years. And another one two weeks ago, because my permit expired and I didn’t even realize. Hmph.
Yes, anyway, moving along…
Make du’a for the rest of us confused kids, Waleed, that insha’Allah we attain the focus and comprehension you’ve achieved already.

Lovely Rita, meter maid. hahaha my dad loves that song.
More moving, Waleed? More towns and abodes and residences to add to the collection. May they always be beautiful places to live, and may they always be home, even if for only a short while.
