Amen to the 80’s.
July 27th, 2003 byI am very glad that I somehow managed to live the entire 80’s without much media influence. So much about that decade just doesn’t settle well with me. The clothes, the music, the attitude, the hair, the giant shades, the shoes and the incredibly large amounts of jeans used up.
Yes, the Breakfast Club is a great movie. Yes, Back to the Future is from the 80’s. And yes, Indiana Jones too.
I don’t know how that happened. It’s like the cast, directors, crew of such great works were still hung over from the 70’s and cleared up in the 90’s.
Either way, it works for me.

“indiana jones” and “back to the future” rock das Haus. i used to have soo much dialogue memorized from those. and “the karate kid”…that’s from the 80s too, right? i forget.

yeah KK is from the 80’s too. That is what started the entire grasshopper and waxON waxOFF movement.
